SMS Terms & Conditions

If you opt in, Philip Edward Contracting may send you SMS/text messages related to the service you requested, which may include: confirmation of your emergency or service request, intake questions related to safety and scope of damage, technician dispatch and arrival updates, inspection and appointment confirmations, requests for photos or documentation to support damage assessment, and customer feedback requests after project completion. Messages are transactional and directly related to services you have requested. Messages are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may opt in to the Program by submitting your mobile number through a web form on our website (including our Emergency Request form, contact forms, or other service request forms) that clearly discloses you are agreeing to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you consent to receive text messages from Philip Edward Contracting at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your service request and interactions with us. You can generally expect up to 4-5 text messages per service request. We may send additional messages in response to your direct requests, such as scheduling changes or customer support inquiries.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. If you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability.

By participating in the Program, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://pectg.com/termsconditions-and-privacy-statement for information on how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of messaging services (such as our messaging platform provider) is permitted solely to deliver messages. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except as required to provide the messaging service.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the Last Updated date revised accordingly. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
