- Comment: Phil and his crew took a well worn rental property and turned it into a “new” house which we promptly sold for a substantial amount above list price. This was accomplished while staying within budget and finishing 12 days earlier than scheduled! Philip Edward Contracting added great value to this house and we would definitely use them again. They are simply the best!!!
